COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, (b) the venue's medically trained professional determines that I may not safely enter the venue, or (c) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.
Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies for Maliek Dance Theater's 5th Anniversary Gala
Welcome to Maliek Dance Theater! We are thrilled to have you join us for our unforgettable 5th anniversary gala. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following general policies:
1. Ticket Purchase and Collection
Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website, box office, or authorized vendors.
Please present a valid ID when collecting tickets at the box office.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred or exchanged for another date, subject to availability and applicable fees.
2. Arrival and Seating
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager during an appropriate break in the event.
We encourage all guests to arrive by 4:30 PM for the reception prior to the event to allow ample time for seating and to enjoy the festivities.
3. Audience Conduct
Please silence all electronic devices during the event to ensure an uninterrupted experience for performers and fellow guests.
4. Dress Code
We encourage guests to dress to impress while remaining comfortable. Please avoid attire that may be disruptive or unsafe in a theater setting, such as large hats or excessively noisy accessories.
5. Accessibility
The venue is accessible to wheelchair users and individuals with mobility impairments. Please inform the box office at the time of ticket purchase if special accommodations are needed.
Assisted listening devices are not available.
6. Refreshments
While food and beverages are not for sale, we do ask guests to tip the bartender for service.
Please consume refreshments mindfully to maintain cleanliness and avoid disturbances during the event.
7. Safety and Security
Bags and backpacks may be subject to inspection upon entry.
The event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with the stated policies.
8. Children and Youth
Children under the age of 4 are not permitted unless the event is specifically designed for young audiences.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and must have a valid ticket.
9. Program Changes and Cancellations
Program details are subject to change. If changes occur, efforts will be made to inform ticket holders promptly.
In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date; refunds are not available.
10. Liability
Maliek Dance Theater is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the venue. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Maliek Dance Theater).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
