COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, (b) the venue's medically trained professional determines that I may not safely enter the venue, or (c) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
Welcome to Maliek Dance Theater! We are excited to have you join us for an unforgettable performance. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have established the following general policies:

1. Ticket Purchase and Collection:

Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website, box office, or authorized vendors.
Please present a valid ID when collecting tickets at the box office.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred or exchanged for another performance date, subject to availability and applicable fees.

2. Arrival and Seating:

Doors open 60 minutes before the scheduled start time of the performance.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager during an appropriate break in the performance.
We encourage all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance to allow time for seating and to enjoy the theater ambiance.

3. Audience Conduct:

Please silence all electronic devices during the performance to maintain an uninterrupted experience for performers and fellow attendees.
Flash photography, recording devices, and the use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Guests are expected to remain seated during the performance unless leaving for an emergency.

4. Dress Code:

While we encourage a smart casual dress code, we want our guests to be comfortable. Please avoid attire that could be disruptive or unsafe in a theater environment, such as large hats or excessively noisy accessories.

5. Accessibility:

The theater is not accessible to wheelchair users and individuals with mobility impairments. Please notify the box office at the time of ticket purchase if special accommodations are needed.
Assisted listening devices are available upon request at the box office.

6. Refreshments:

Concessions are available in the theater lobby. Only food and beverages purchased at the theater can be consumed on the premises.
Please be mindful when consuming food and beverages in the theater to avoid disturbances and maintain cleanliness.

7. Safety and Security:

Bags and backpacks may be subject to search upon entrance.
The theater reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

8. Children and Youth:

Children under the age of 4 are not admitted to performances unless they are specifically targeted towards young children.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and must have a valid ticket.

9. Program Changes and Cancellation:

Program details are subject to change. In the event of changes, efforts will be made to inform ticket holders promptly.
If a performance is canceled, ticket holders will be offered an alternative performance date or a refund.

10. Liability:

The theater is not responsible for personal property brought into the venue. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Maliek Dance Theater). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
